Worked fine for a few days and then it just did not power up..... Had a terrible run around trying to find someone to fix it and would never buy anything Omega Altise again. The heat we bought in winter also died so Omega Altise to me is a useless brand and would never recommend it to anyone. I'm scratching my head on this as it's the first I hear of this problem. I have checked all emails on customer support and direct and I don't see a record of you contacting us.

Also, I have asked all staff and no one is aware of this problem. I would love to know who you emailed?
